Girlguiding Recycling Appeal have teamed up with Merlin Entertainments to offer units the opportunity to win a trip for up to 30 people to visit one of their attractions!

Merlin Entertainment Terms & Conditions

1. This competition is open to all participating Girlguiding UK Recycling Appeal units, excluding employees and the immediate family of Merlin Entertainment or Redeem Plc, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

2. The competition will run from January 2008 to December 2008 inclusive.

3. Participation in this programme is open to anyone who has either recycled their mobile phone, PDA or printer cartridge (inkjet or laser) through any Girlguiding UK Recycling Appeal box based collection programme. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in the post. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery.

4. Prize draws will take place on 1st March, 1st June, 1st September and 1st December. The first name drawn from all collected entries will be deemed the winner.

5. The prize entitles the winner to a free group visit to any UK Merlin attraction for a maximum of 30 people. The prize is not transferable and no cash alternative is available. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

6. The panel of judges will be independent of the promoter. The decision of the judges will be final and no correspondence can be entered into.

7. The promoters reserve the rights to change or substitute this prize for a similar prize of a similar value. The prizes quoted are provided subject to availability.

8. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and by any other requirements as set out on the promotional material. All instructions form part of the rules. Winners may be required to participate in PR activity.

9. The Promoter’s decision is final and it reserves the right to amend or withdraw any part of this promotion due to circumstances beyond it’s reasonable control.

10. Winner details (Unit name and County) will be available on Girlguiding UK’s Recycling Appeal website www.girlguiding.org.uk or by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Scouts Appeal UK Recycling Appeal Winners Details, Redeem Plc, 31 – 37 Etna Road, Falkirk, FK2 9EG.
